In undertaking a survey we will visit the roof in question and compile a report identifying the current conditions and offering a range of options with regard to recovery/refurbishment or replacement if required. Where thermal insulation is present in a roof build up (warm roof) we can utilise our state of the art thermal camera to give a pictorial representation of the condition of the underlying insulation. This level of detail can be critical in determining what course of action might be needed for any given roof.
Electronic integrity testing is often a condition of contract for many new roofs. For older roofs, this form of testing can be used to pinpoint problems.
