Our MOY Paralon Total Warm Roof System was the preferred system of choice for Camberwell Road. Camberwell Road is a mixed-use development comprising of 121 residential units for private sale, 25 for shared ownership and 18 for affordable rent, along with 17 commercial units for private lease.
Gatekeepers Building is a block of 33 apartments made up of shared ownership and social rent units. The specification of MOY Roof Waterproofing System Specialists BBA certified Paralon Total Warm Roof System along with a Moy Materials Sedum Green Roof and associated accessories, incorporating tapered PIR insulation, was expertly installed by approved Contractor DCS Roofing Ltd.

PARALON SYSTEM
FM Global approved and BBA certified. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment applications, with a BBA certificate covering the entire assembly in a warm roof setting (Paralon Total Warm Roof System). Also suitable for cold roofs, inverted roofs and a range of other uses including podium decks, car parks and balconies.
