MOY BBA certified Paralon modified-bitumen waterproofing system was installed to the main roof and terraces, achieving a 20 year guarantee covering waterproofing system materials supplied by Moy in accordance with the Safe2Torch guidance. In addition, Moy Protan Single Ply Membrane with Omega Profiles were used on the out buildings to mimic a traditional metal covering. Completed: July 2020
