Moy Habitat Replacement Biodiversity Green Roof
Since the delivery of our first green roof to the Zoological gardens in 1979, Moy have been at the leading edge of green roof technology and development. The Moy Habitat Replacement Biodiversity Green Roof provides our wild bee population with an abundance of nutritious flowering plants from early spring to late autumn. Supporting pollinators, our Habitat Replacement roof provides sheltered naturalistic habitat for our rarest mining bees and bumblebees. More than twenty, native, bee friendly, plant species populate our roof which is crafted to suit lightweight structures, bringing support for our endangered bees to the widest possible range of buildings.
